23 April 2026 – An important milestone was achieved with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Makine Ve Kimya Endustrisi (MKE), Perbadanan Melaka (MCORP), and Anzeco Powertech Sdn. Bhd. for the development of a defence industry facility in the state of Melaka.
MKE was represented by its Deputy General Manager, Mr. Tolga Çelik; MCORP was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Mohd Yusof bin Abu Bakar; while Anzeco Powertech Sdn. Bhd. was represented by its Director, Datuk Wira Norzaity binti Othman.
The ceremony, held at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), was also organised in conjunction with the Defence Services Asia (DSA) Exhibition and National Security Asia (NATSEC) Exhibition 2026. The event was witnessed by YB Dato' Seri Haji Mohamed Khaled Nordin, Minister of Defence; Honourable Mr. Musa Heybet, Deputy Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Türkiye; and YB Datuk Tuminah Kadi @ Mohd Hashim, Deputy EXCO for Entrepreneur Development, Cooperatives and Consumer Affairs of the State of Melaka.
This strategic collaboration demonstrates Anzeco's ongoing commitment to advancing high-technology, future-oriented solutions, particularly within the defence sector.
